cooling system is very important for the PET preform mold. the poor cooling will make the production slowly and will cause the PET material crystallized under the high temperature..our special design will prevented water channel blocking and will get effective cooling solutions.

3, Exhaust system

our pet preform mold has been designed a very efficiency Exhaust system. let us just need use the minimum injection pressure to get a quickly injection cycle time.And the low injection pressure will make the mold have longer life.

4, Stable demolding design and protection system

our multi-cavity molds have stable demolding structure. there are special protection system on the core plate. if the preform non-drop,the mold will stop closing.
